A liquid or cream-based substance called eyeshadow primer is used on the lids to help eyeshadow and eyeliner apply smoothly and remain longer. It is used as a base for eyes before applying eye makeup. It functions as a kind of dual tape that adheres to both your lid and your eye makeup to keep your skillfully put shadow in place. Similar to a face primer, an eye primer smoothes out the texture of your skin to make it easier to apply and maintain eye makeup. Also, eyelid primer acts as a base for eyes and helps keep your eyeshadow in place and avoids creasing. Anybody can use eye primer, and they should.
